Scuola DiaLogica. Dibattito, mediazione e competenze dialogiche nelle scuole venete

This contribution provides a first overview of the project Scuola DiaLogica. Active citizenship, inclusiveness, relational and managerial skills through debate, negotiation and mediation, promoted by the Regional School Office for Veneto, Unioncamere del Veneto, and the Department of Private Law and Critique of Law of the University of Padua, under the scientific direction of Professor Federico Reggio. The first phase of the project, completed in May 2026, involved three schools, four fourth-year classes and approximately eighty students. The programme integrated debate, mediation and negotiation activities, with the aim of developing argumentative skills, listening abilities, constructive management of disagreement and relational awareness. This note briefly describes the educational model adopted, the activities carried out in the two modules and the final experiential phase, offering some preliminary observations in view of the continuation of the project.
